Archbishop Charles Dufour, Apostolic Administrator of the Roman Catholic Bishop of Mandeville, along with the Board of Directors is pleased to welcome Dr. Dianna Davis Smith as the new Executive Director of the Catholic College of Mandeville. A result driven, self-motivated and resourceful individual, EQ-I certified with a Doctorate in
Education. Experienced leading and growing varied sectors, and possessing excellent communication and leadership skills.

Dianna Davis-Smith earned a Doctor of Philosophy degree in the field of Education and majored in Leadership at Northern Caribbean University, and from Nova Southeastern University she earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Dr Davis-Smith is a certified Emotional Intelligence Coach seeking to transform the world one life at a time; her research focuses on Emotional Intelligence with an emphasis on building Emotionally Intelligent businesses. Dianna has served extensively within the financial sector locally and has held various leadership positions internationally also, among her positions she designed the start -up of Total Credit Services Limited, a subsidiary she created for Jamaica National Building Society in 2003 and served as its General Manager. As another first, she was the Head of the Non-Performing Loans Unit of Financial Sector Adjustment Company (FINSAC) where she designed and developed policies and procedures for that agency and during her tenure led her team to achieve industry success beyond the targets projected by the international consulting team.

Dianna is a retired Banker who now utilizes and shares best practices in individual and strategic organizational development for improved efficiencies, effectiveness and productivity with a penchant for the social and economic growth of Jamaica through education. Dr. Davis-Smith says she is a little country girl; she grew up in May Pen and attended Clarendon College she is a devout Roman Catholic with membership a St. Thomas More (May Pen) and serves as Parish Pastoral Committee President, Dianna serves also on the board of Council of Voluntary Social Services (CVSS); the Small Business Association of Jamaica (SBAJ) and Chairs the Grant Funding Committee for HEART Trust NTA. Dianna has two children Danalee and David, she enjoys playing scrabble and kalooki.
